FITNESS BUFF SHOW AT 4PM Tonight's Tri Report From Madeira Beach Triathlon

Tune in to hear our report from 23rd Annual Mad Dog Madeira Beach Triathlon Weekend! The Dogs are already out on the beach howling and there will be a 5k on Friday night, Mini-Tri with 3 events for kids and rookie adults on Saturday, packet pickup and race expo Sat from 12-6, and Sunday's main event at 7am. Come out and volunteer- be sure to bring a lawnchair for the awards party and expo on Sunday!

Sarasota Sharks Y tri team and their volunteers hosted a fabulous event last Saturday at Siesta Key. Lots of course support, volunteers, healthy food, ice at water stops, and even a podium awards ceremony. The athletes loved the event. Thank you for your hard work! GO SHARKS!
